Mastercard Wind Down
This is a reminder to Credit Union Mastercard cardholders that the relationship between MCU and CUETS Financial, our Mastercard provider, ended on July 31st, 2018. This change will be seamless for most CUETS Financial credit card cardholders and no action is required as you can continue to use existing credit cards the same way you do now.
Important Change to Note:
MCU no longer offers CUETS Financial cards or is able to provide support in our branches for CUETS Financial credit cards. To continue managing your account online, you can access your account online using your current login credentials for CUETS Financial Online Banking. If you aren’t currently enrolled, you can visit cucardsonline.com and click the “New User/Enrol Now” link. You can also contact CUETS Financial toll-free at 1-800-561-7849.
All cardholders should have already been contacted by CUETS Financial in advance of this change. Be sure to bookmark or add the following useful links to your favorites so you can access this information when you need it:
www.choicerewards.ca – For information about card features and benefits and to make redemptions using CHOICE REWARDS or Platinum Class points.
www.cucardsonline.com – Secure access to online card services, including recent transactions and monthly statements.
